HOW TO HELP

The following information can help us to produce the most accurate EPC for your property:

• The deeds - these help us to age the property

• Any existing floor plans - these speed up the measuring and process of recording changes to the property over time e.g., extensions

• Any boiler paperwork e.g., the manual

• Any window or door installation paperwork

• Any cavity wall/loft/floor insulation paperwork

• Any information on solar, PV or heat pumps

• Any paperwork relating to secondary heating sources such as a gas fire

When visiting the property we will also need sight of the gas/electricity meters and any loft space. If these need to be cleared it would be helpful if access was prepared in adviance​
